1. Flair for Architecting and designing highly available enterprise solutions

2. Excellent development skills in Python, Django, Flask, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML

3. Desirable to have knowledge of UML, ELK and data visualization tools

4. Strong technical knowledge and computer science fundamentals

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Desirable to have good knowledge of any RDBMS 

7. Desirable to have hands-on experience with Linux-based OS
